Our outside gatherings are multi-day, community created gatherings, focused on all-night fire circles. We will be drawing on the traditions of sacred fire circles from all over the world.
On the first day we set up the circle space, and the surrounding infrastructure and facilities. There will be a welcome to land ceremony, opportunity to get to know each other and more than likely some spontaneous music and dancing. The next two nights will focus on midnight to dawn sacred fire-circles.
During the day, opportunities will be provided to inspire people to bring their unique creativity to the all-night fires and to go deeper into the different pathways. For example, learning chants or new drumming rhythms, the healing arts, expressing their creativity through adorning their bodies (eg body painting/clothing) or helping to beautify the fire circle.
The last day will be devoted to dismantling, packing up and removing all traces of our presence. A closing ceremony is held where we offer gratitude and bless the journey ahead.
Retreat: Two midnight to dawn fires (90 mins N/W of Sydney)
We ask that people make a commitment to attend the whole gathering as we consider this a sacred retreat rather than an open festival. This will support people to build trust and allow for deeper and more sacred work to occur.
