Early Village Builders can arrive on Thursday, October 29. This is a retreat rather than an open gathering. To help build trust and a sense of community all attendees are asked to arrive by Friday evening. However, arrival on Saturday morning is possible under exceptional circumstances. Closing Circle will be held at dawn on Monday morning. People can camp Monday evening on-site if they wish.

earthFIRE teamsEach gathering is supported by the community who attends. Please nominate a team you would like to be part of by ticking the box next to the team description. We will do our best to accommodate your wishes. The earlier you register the more likely you will be allocated the team you nominate. |

Early Village Builders will help with marking camping and communal areas, cutting and carrying wood, signage and preparing the fire circle and the site generally. Village Builders are asked to arrive by Thursday lunchtime to help with this. |

The Village Builders, look after the communal and camping areas and amenities during the gathering. |

The Welcome Team, welcome everyone and deal with confirmation on arrival. |

The Fire Circle Team set up the fire circle and maintain it during the gathering. This includes beautifying the portal and creating sacred mandalas. |

Fire Tenders look after the fire and torches at the fire circle throughout the night. They also collect wood during the day. |
|
Food Team support the people preparing the meals and the food altar at the fire circle. |
|
Support Team include those who have experience in supporting people eg someone to talk to, massage, assistance during trance and someone with an up-to-date first aid certificate. |

Creative Arts Team will help to beautify the communal spaces and offer sacred arts eg body work, mask making, blessing flags, creating sacred items for the altars. |

We will all contribute to the site clean up after Monday breakfast and a rest period. The plan is to commence with the fire circle, then move onto the communal areas. |

Cancellations and Refunds All cancellations will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. No cancellation refunds will be provided after registration closes ( March 18). All refunds will be made electronically by direct credit to your account . |

By registering you acknowledge and understand that: All roads on the site are unsealed dirt, which may become slippery after rain. Please drive carefully. The gathering is alcohol and drug free. No pets will be admitted. No medical personnel or services will be available except for a certified First Aid officer/s. I am not aware of any medical condition that would preclude me (or my child/ren if applicable) from participating safely at the gathering. Tobacco smoking is only permitted in designated areas. No visual or sound recordings may be taken during the night fire circles. People may engage in sacred body work around the night fire circles. This may involve nudity. The gathering is non-commercial - please do not bring goods for sale or provide services for a fee. There is a cancellation policy. The gathering will proceed subject to extreme weather conditions or as directed by the authorities. An update will be sent to all registrants via earthFIRE embers and the earthFIRE discussion group as soon as we become aware of any change that you need to be aware of. The organisers of earthFIRE reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any individual, without refund, if necessary due to disruptive behaviour, or failure to abide by the gathering or site event policies. We ask you turn your mobiles off and not to play recorded music or radios in the campsite. Due to fire hazard and regulations, an open flame is only permitted in the designated area, the fire circle and the communal kitchen. That I am the parent, legal guardian, or person duly authorised in writing, by the child's parent/guardian to be responsible for the child while attending the earthFIRE gathering (where accompanying a child).
Camping The gathering is camping-based and the gathering guide outlines a list of useful items you may consider bringing.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY - Must be read before sending in your registration.
Warning: Any person attending the earthFIRE Australia Association Incorporated (earthFIRE) gathering is hereby advised that the earthFIRE event is recognised as a recreational activity and service provider in terms of the Civil Liability Act. Attendees attend at their own risk.
I understand that my (and my dependent/s - if applicable) participation as an attendee or organiser in or about the earthFIRE Gathering, to be held in March, will expose me (and my dependent/s) to various risks of injury or illness. I understand that I am responsible for the care of myself and (my dependent/s), and am responsible for bringing needed medication for known conditions and other necessary items with me. I have or will inform the gathering organisers of any medical conditions that may affect my participation in this event. I will not expose myself to unnecessary risks, and will not engage in illegal or unreasonable physically risk-incurring activities. If I engage in illegal, disruptive or other behaviours contrary to gathering or site policies, I may be asked to leave without a refund. I understand and assume these risks and conditions and agree not to hold earthFIRE Australia Association Incorporated, (earthFIRE) its organisers, attendees or volunteers or the owners of the site liable for such injury or illness.
earthFIRE will not be held responsible for any items I lose, that are stolen or that I leave on site.
